Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Fairfield College (129) and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Fairfield College and appoint

Dennis Finn

as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Fairfield College are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 23rd day of February 2009.
