Take notice that on 3 August 2007, an application for summary judgment against Terry John Wilson was filed in the District Court at Auckland, upon the grounds set out in the statement of claim and further, take notice that an order has been made by the District Court that notice of these proceedings should be advertised once in the New Zealand Gazette and the New Zealand Herald.

A copy of the Notice of Proceeding When Summary Judgment Sought dated the 29th day of August 2007, Notice of Interlocutory Application for Summary Judgment dated the 29th day of August 2007, the Statement of Claim dated the 29th day of August 2007 and the affidavit of Gordon McMahon in support of the Application for Summary Judgment sworn on the 25th day of August 2007, will be forwarded to you on application to the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitors, Rennie Cox, Solicitors, Level 15, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the District Court at Auckland on 10 March 2009 at 10.00am.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
