Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2009 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Michael Crawford, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator has fixed 9 March 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.
