John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TULLOCH LODGE LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (‘the Act’), on 9 February 2009 at 10.55am.
