Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that Doreen Rae Hall, of 2/1284 Cambridge Road, Te Awamutu, on 12 October 2009 took possession of the property at 177 Raeburn Street, Te Awamutu, contained in certificate of title 320700, as first mortgagee under mortgage 7497543.3 (South Auckland Land Registry).
