On 18 November 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of delegates, pursuant to sections 241(2)(a) and 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that SURF LIFE SAVING HAWKE’S BAY INCORPORATED be liquidated and that Rex Harding, chartered accountant of Ingham Mora Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 18 November 2009 at 6.30pm.

Liquidator’s Section 245 Notice to Creditors

To all known creditors:

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that:

1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243(1)[(a)][(b)] of the Companies Act 1993.

2. That all creditors were paid up to the date of the resolution and that the board acknowledges that the incorporation is solvent and has the ability to pay its debts.

3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
