hereby set apart to be included in the Māori reservation known as Matihetihe 2 (Maungaroa Burial Reserve), for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the Māori people of Mitimiti as set apart in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 1993, No. 15, page 276.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit the Haumoana White, his tamariki, mokopuna and their descendants. The reservation is to be known as Kite Moana.
