The subject goods are classified under Tariff Item 2008.70.09 and Statistical Key 00L of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
Second Schedule
Amount of Anti-dumping Duty
The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid on demand in respect of each importation of the subject goods shall be the amount by which the Non-Injurious Free on Board (NIFOB) or Normal Value (Value For Duty Equivalent) (NV(VFDE)) amounts set out below exceed the New Zealand Value For Duty of the goods when entered for home consumption.

*An alternative reference price has been set as the NV(VFDE) amount. This reference price will apply where the NV(VFDE) amount is lower than the NIFOB amount due to exchange rate movements.
NIFOB amounts have been kept confidential as they are based on commercially sensitive information provided by various parties. The confidential amounts are held by the Ministry of Economic Development and the New Zealand Customs Service.
Where the can size is not one of the specified sizes, the rate of duty shall be based on the NIFOB or NV(VFDE) amount for the can size which is closest to the imported can size.

Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Karori Normal School (2874)
Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Karori Normal School Board of Trustees because of risks to the operation of the school and the educational performance of its students.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise);
- All functions, powers and duties of the board to manage all financial powers currently held by the board (whether statutory or otherwise);
- All functions, powers and duties of the board in relation to property management (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- All functions, powers and duties of the board to manage all communications or contact with the media (whether statutory or otherwise).
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 August 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Elysa Hyde in respect of Waiouru Childcare Centre Inc. ‘Little Miracles’ (50091), situated at 52 Weir Terrace, Waiouru.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Waste Minimisation Act 2008
Call for Waste Advisory Board Nominations
Pursuant to section 93 of the Waste Minimisation Act 2008 (“the Act”), the Minister for the Environment is seeking nominations for potential Waste Advisory Board members.
Up to three of the eight seats may be filled as:
- Two of the board members have recently resigned in order to facilitate staggered terms; and
- One of the eight seats was not previously filled.
The function of the board is to provide advice, upon request, to the Minister for the Environment, including advice on:
- Products to be declared a “priority product” under the Act (for which an accredited product stewardship scheme will be required);
- Guidelines about the contents and expected effects of product stewardship schemes for priority products;
- Accrediting a product stewardship scheme not consistent with published guidelines;
