The Correspondence School (TCS)

Introduction
Pursuant to Section 7 of the Education Act 1989 this document defines who may be enrolled or registered with The Correspondence School (TCS the School) from 1 January 2010 for government funded tuition.
The Secretary for Education may, subject to the following, vary the entry criteria for the enrolment categories and gateways for TCS. This discretion to be used on a case by case, time-bound and exceptional basis and only for the purpose of addressing specific issues that in the opinion of the Secretary for Education reflect capacity and/or capability needs in the early childhood or schooling sectors.
