TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 2) 2009

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Deputy Secretary, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2009.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 January 2010.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 0304.99.00, 0810.50.00, and 3301.25.00 and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key represented by the Tariff item and code 1211.90.10 15A and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
