Conservation Act 1987
Authorisation of Exchange of Marginal Strip for Another Strip of Land
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the marginal strip described in the First Schedule for the strip of land in the Second Schedule which is deemed to be reserved as marginal strip pursuant to section 24E(3) of the Act.

Public Works Act 1981
Land Acquired for Road—31 and 35 Liverpool Avenue, Manukau City
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
