Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the North Shore District Court on 19 October 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Māori Land Court Rules 1994

Māori Land Court/Māori Appellate Court Sittings 2010

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 9(2)(b) of the Māori Land Court Rules 1994, that the sittings for the Māori Land Court and Māori Appellate Court will be held during the year 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to Rule 12(5) of the Maori Land Court Rules 1994, applications for hearing may be lodged by delivery through the post with the Registrar of the respective district or with the Chief Registrar in respect of applications to the Chief Judge and notices of appeal to the Māori Appellate Court, or in person at the addresses listed in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and place thereof in the case of the Māori Appellate Court and the Chief Judge’s sittings) will be notified in the Pānui.

If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the new date will be notified in the Pānui.

Special fixtures may still be arranged and notified in accordance with the provisions of Rules 11 and 33 of the Māori Land Court Rules 1994.
