Declaring Land to be Road—Rangitake Drive, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Tiriraukawa Road, Rangitikei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rangitikei District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rangitikei District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rangitikei District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

(d) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rangitikei District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN40A/438, subject to mortgage 7226124.3.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN180/116, subject to mortgage 7701570.2.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN35A/942.

(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN24C/453, subject to mortgage B302460.2.

(i) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Ninth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN40A/438, subject to mortgage 7226124.3.

(j) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Tenth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN24C/453, subject to mortgage B302460.2.

(k) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Eleventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN35A/942.

(l) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Twelfth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN40A/441.

(m) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Thirteenth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN40A/438, subject to mortgage 7226124.3.

(n) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourteenth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN22D/552.

(o) Declares the land described in the Fifteenth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN22D/552.

(p) Declares the land described in the Sixteenth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register WN180/116, subject to mortgage 7701570.2.
