(a) Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme – Transport of Animal Products and Animal Material for Export with an Official Assurance) Notice 2009 which comes into force on 31 March 2010, except for clauses relating to registration which come into force on 1 November 2009; and

(b) Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme – Handling of Animal Products and Animal Material at Wharves) Notice 2009 which comes into force on 31 March 2010, except for clauses relating to registration which come into force on 1 November 2009.
