Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (childcare centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Including the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Tongariro-Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as local purpose (segregation strip) reserves over the land described in the Schedule, with effect that the reserves may be disposed of by the Taupo District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
