Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2009, Hastings Building Society (“the mortgagee”), acting under the power of sale contained within mortgage 7267533.3, entered into possession of the property at 61/1420 Hamurana Road, Rotorua, being that land described as Unit 61 and Accessory Units 161 and 261 on DPS 92316 (Computer Freehold Register SA73A/237) (South Auckland Land Registry).

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Please take notice that the property is in the possession and control of Perpetual Trust Limited, as mortgagee of the property subject to the mortgage, from 5 February 2009.
