Amendment to the Rules of Casino Keno, Racing Game and Electronic Gaming Machines

The Rules of Casino Keno, Racing Game and Electronic Gaming Machines (Division III – Electronic Gaming Machines) have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003.

The amendment to these rules will take effect on 30 October 2009.

Amendment to the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004

The Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 has been amended pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003.

The amendment prescribes the Minimum Technical Requirements for Electronic Monitoring System–QCOM version 1.6.3.

The amendment (except for the requirements relating to gaming machines) takes effect on 30 October 2009. The requirements relating to gaming machines take effect on 1 April 2010.
