The Companies Act 1993

On 19 October 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that MATAPIHI DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell and Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2009 at 9.00am.
