Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule as a local purpose (utility) reserve and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Auckland City Council in such manner at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of Voluntary Organisation to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of Central Community Trust to control and manage the local purpose (community use) reserve described in the Schedule hereto and appoints Te Whanau Putahi Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the trust refunding to the Crown the amount of any local authority rates it pays as owner of the reserve.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a recreation ground, meeting place, bathing place, customary shellfish gathering place, landing place and wāhi whenua for the common use and benefit of the owners of Allotment 154D5B2 Parish of Te Puna block, their descendants and their invitees, the name of the reservation to be Ihakara Tangitu Reserve.
