New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/16
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/16 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendment—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:
(a) Deleting line 147 in Schedule 3
(b) Amending line 148 in Schedule 3 to read:

Pursuant to sections 20, 21 and 22 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, the following notice is given.

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Real Estate Agents Authority (Fees and Levies) Notice 2009.
(2) This notice comes into force on 17 November 2009 and applies to fees and levies from 17 November 2009.

Fees and Levies—The Real Estate Agents Authority sets the following fees and levies, payable to the Registrar or the Authority, specified in the attached Schedule.

No refund—Fee non refundable if application declined.

Tax—The fees are exclusive of goods and services tax.

The Purpose—This notice is a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
