Comments are invited on the proposed maritime rules:

Part 91 – Navigational Safety Rules developed under the Maritime Transport Act 1994.

Comments should be made by 18 December 2009.

Pursuant to section 11B of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

(1) This notice is the Department of Conservation Northland Conservancy Fire Safety Margin Removal Notice 2009 No. 2.

(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

All that land forming the fire safety margin set out in the Schedule to this notice is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.
