Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7077698.2 (Canterbury Land Registry), Identifier CB13B/43 (“the mortgage”):

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 October 2009.

The description of the mortgaged land is the property situated at 132 Queens Park Drive, Parklands, Christchurch, a fee simple estate and all that parcel of land containing 607 square metres, being Lot 5 DP 33470, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title CB13B/43 (Canterbury Land Registry).
