Pursuant to sections 14(6) and 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, having carried out a review (notice of initiation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2008, No. 114, page 3021) of the imposition of the anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of hog bristle paintbrushes from The People’s Republic of China (China), I hereby give the following notice.
