Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for car park purposes and shall remain vested in Waitaki District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 9948, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;
(b) Pursuant to section 117(3)(b), declares the portion of stopped Government road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 9948, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;
(c) Pursuant to section 117(3)(b), declares the portion of stopped Government road described in the Third Schedule to this notice is further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 9948, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
