Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 May 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Jean Ennor in respect of Scallywaggs Childcare Centre No 2 (55007), situated at 11 Russell Street, Waipukurau.
