Notice Stating Where Material Incorporated by Reference Into the (a) Climate Change (Stationary Energy and Industrial Processes) Regulations 2009, and the (b) Climate Change (Unique Emissions Factors) Regulations 2009 is Available for Inspection or Purchase

Pursuant to section 174(1)(d) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002, notice is given that the material incorporated by reference into Regulations is as follows:
