Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way, right to convey telecommunications, computer media and electricity.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Property Law Act 2007

Southern Cross Building Society ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 7024316.7 (South Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgage") given by

DOWDING INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("the mortgagor") in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in Computer Freehold Register 292961, being the property known as 13 Dowding Street, Melville, Hamilton ("the land"), has appointed Leanne Bullock, of Rental4u, to be the receiver of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.

The office address for the receiver is 2 Johnsview Terrace, Hillcrest, Hamilton.

The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
