Revocation of Appointment of the Matata Recreation Reserve Board

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Matata Recreation Reserve Board as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 1923, No. 54, page 1775.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act.
