On 15 September 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that FLAXMORE LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Barry Meikle, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
