Amendment to a Notice—Change of Classification of a Reserve
The Acting Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice with the above heading dated the 9th day of January 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 January 2009, No. 5, page 129, by omitting
"Southland District"
and inserting in its place
"Invercargill City".

Classification of Reserve—Colgan Park, Te Awamutu, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is classified recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
