Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity—Ohau Weir, Mackenzie District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown.

Road Realignment—Chaslands Highway, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the land firstly, thirdly, fifthly and seventhly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT2311, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) the land secondly, fourthly and sixthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT2312, subject to existing encumbrances.

Land Declared Road, Road Stopped and Land Set Apart for Use in Connection With a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1, Auckland–Waiwera Motorway, North Shore City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown, which has the effect of adding the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to State Highway 1, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003;

(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to Section 52 to be set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
