Completion of Review and Initiation of Reassessment: Hog Bristle Paintbrushes From The People’s Republic of China
Pursuant to sections 14(6) and 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, having carried out a review (notice of initiation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2008, No. 114, page 3021) of the imposition of the anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of hog bristle paintbrushes from The People’s Republic of China (China), I hereby give the following notice.
Notice
Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Completion of Review and Initiation of Reassessment: Anti-dumping Duties on Hog Bristle Paintbrushes from China.
(2) I have completed the review and determined that there is a likelihood of a recurrence of dumping causing material injury to the New Zealand industry producing like goods, should anti-dumping duties be removed, and therefore the continued imposition of anti-dumping duties on the goods described in the Schedule is necessary.
(3) I have initiated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule.

Notice of Initiation of Duty Reassessment for Diaries from China Exported by Kintai Printing Co. Ltd.
Pursuant to section 14(6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of the imposition of the amount of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.
The Minister of Commence determined that anti-dumping duties were necessary on 8 October 2007. Notification of this was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 2007, No. 112, page 2995.
The reassessment of the anti-dumping duty will only be for exports of diaries by Kintai Printing Co. Ltd.
