Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/9 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:
• Inserting line 614(c) in Schedule 3 to read:

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Larnach Street, Christchurch City
Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB357/238, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB47C/897, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
