Land Acquired for Road—State Highway 1, Greenwood Street and Killarney Road Intersection, Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Lurman Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 229486, subject to mortgage 6358732.2.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA615/11.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1250/61.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 333832, subject to mortgage 6817561.3.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1250/60.
