Notice is hereby given that Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant, and Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of all of the property of VICEROY HOLDINGS LIMITED on 3 September 2009 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 5th day of March 2003.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
