Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 ("the Act"), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7302125.1, certificates of title 310027, 310041, 310028, 310024 and 310036 (Canterbury Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):

The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited (NZGT) ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice in accordance with section 156(1) of the Act, that:

1. NZGT entered into possession of the mortgaged properties, in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Act, as follows:

   (a) 310027 – 3 June 2009;
   (b) 310041 – 5 June 2009;
   (c) 310028 – 16 June 2009;
   (d) 310034 – 19 August 2009; and
   (e) 310036 – 19 August 2009.
