The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited (NZGT) ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice in accordance with section 156(1) of the Act, that:

NZGT entered into possession of the mortgaged properties, in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Act, as follows:
