Declaration That Land is Reserve—Havelock Street, Kihikihi, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by council on 21 July 2009:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Ruapehu District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 24 March 2009:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Ruapehu District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, Recreation Reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Notice Cancelling and Reconstituting a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in notice Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 2008, No. 138, page 3776, is hereby cancelled and, pursuant to section 340(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, recreation and sports ground and a church site for the common use and benefit of all New Zealanders and to be known as Maniaroa Pa.

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of establishing a village site and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the original 105 owners and their descendants of Tumu Kaituna 7B1.
