Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005

Notice of End of Process for Making and Determining Victims’ Claims

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 (subpart 2) of the
Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 ("the Act"),
compensation awarded to James Timi Martin was paid to
the Secretary for Justice on 19 February 2008, and the
surplus was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on
10 March 2008 on behalf of James Timi Martin to enable
any victims of that offender to make claims against it.

And that on 27 March 2008, notice was given by publication
in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 March 2008, No. 64, page
1858, and in the daily newspapers in Auckland, Hamilton,
Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, and on 25 March
2008 on the website of the Ministry of Justice, of the sum of
money paid into the trust account, and the entitlement of
