On 7 August 2009, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Andrew Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

Certificates of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, have been completed by the directors.
