Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice (excluding those minerals reserved to the Crown pursuant to section 206 of the Land Act 1924 and section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950) to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road—State Highway 3, Main North Road, Waiau Deviation, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the road realignment notice dated the 16th day of February 1998 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 1998, No. 28, page 632, by replacing paragraph

(c) in the recital with the following:

“(c) The area firstly described (now known as Section 1 SO 13591) shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN110/12.

(d) The area secondly described (now known as Section 2 SO 13591) shall remain vested in the Crown.”

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and vests in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 111533 subject to Gazette Notice 855218, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
