Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB29A/1076, subject to mortgage 5617223.2, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservations as local purpose gravel reserves over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
