(bg) Attach, to Schedule 8, the end note "‡ When this component was banned from use as a UV filter by the EU, a decision was made to continue its use in New Zealand in order to maintain regulatory consistency with Australia. It was therefore deleted from Table 1 and added to Table 2. This arrangement will be reviewed annually to take into account any changes in Australia."

(bh) Attach, to Schedule 8, the end note "§ The maximum allowed concentration of this substance in UV filters was dropped from 10% to 5% in the EU. This change was not effected in New Zealand in order to maintain regulatory consistency with Australia. The component was thus deleted from Table 1 and added to Table 2. This decision will be reviewed annually in order to take into account any changes in Australia."
