Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Kinleith North Passing Lane, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 455017, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 455018, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 52(1), declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and further, pursuant to section 50, shall vest in the Crown.
