Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

To: James Anthony Hori Waikari (also known as James Anthony George Waikari) and Carol Susan Johnstone-Waikari.

In the matter of sections 119 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 6895126.4 (“the mortgage”) to Wine Country Credit Union, having its registered office at 124 Market Street North, Hastings:
