Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserves and Appointment of the Manukau City Council to Control and Manage the Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserves and further classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and appoints the Manukau City Council to control and manage the reserves for their respective purposes.

Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Central Otago District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
