Notice is hereby given that:
- PMIT Nominees Limited (“the mortgagee”), as
mortgagee under mortgage 7360176.2 over the property

described in Computer Freehold Register NA17D/659,
North Auckland Land Registry (“the property”), applied
to the High Court at Hamilton on 3 June 2008, for an
order that possession of the property be granted to the
mortgagee and the Court duly made this order; and - the mortgagee is therefore deemed to have entered into

Retirement Villages Act 2003
Notice for Submissions on Draft Code of Practice
The Minister for Building and Construction, in accordance
with section 89(4)(b) of the Retirement Villages Act 2003,
and the Retirement Commissioner, in accordance with
section 91 of the Retirement Villages Act 2003, invite
written submissions on the draft code of practice to be
received by 1 August 2008.
The code of practice covers:
- Staffing of retirement villages.
- Safety and personal security of residents.
- Fire protection and emergency management.
- Transfer of residents within a retirement village.
- Meetings of residents with operator and residents’
involvement. - Complaints facility.
- Accounts.
- Maintenance and upgrading.
- Termination of an occupation right agreement by
operator or resident. - Communication with residents.
