Notice of Watershed Meetings

The administrators advise that the watershed meetings of creditors of the above-named companies will be held at Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 12 June 2008 at the following times:

ICPBio Limited at 10.30am.
ICP Biotechnology Limited at 11.15am.
ICP Holdings Limited at 11.30am.
ICP Biologicals Limited at 11.40am.

The watershed meetings are convened for purposes of deciding the future of the company and, in particular, whether the company should execute a deed of company arrangement, or that the company should be placed into liquidation or that the administration should end.
