Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Manukau District Court on 22 May 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1996 Honda Civic LXi, Registration No. CWS790.

Against: Carl William Moffitt.
