Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the
West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation
changes the classification of the reserve described in
the Schedule from Kotare Recreation Reserve to Kotare
Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve, subject to
the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the
Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation
revokes the reservation over the land described in the
Schedule as gravel reserve with the effect that the land is
now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act
1948.
