Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004
Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 29 November 2007, the Minister of Research, Science and Technology and Minister of Finance gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163 of that Act, for the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology (“the Foundation”) to give indemnities under contracts for its membership of the Australian Co-operative Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Technologies.
The Ministerial approval was subject to the Foundation amending certain terms of the contracts, and taking out additional insurance cover.

Notification of Final TSO Cost Allocation Determination for the Period Between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007
On 20 December 2007, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to section 90(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a final TSO cost allocation determination of the matters set out in section 91 of the Act for the period between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 90(b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its final determination.

Notification of Final TSO Cost Calculation Determination for TSO Instrument for Telecommunications Relay Services for the Period Between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007
On 20 December 2007, the Commerce Commission, pursuant to section 93C(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a final TSO cost calculation determination of the matters set out in section 93E of the Act for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired, for the period between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 93C(b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its final determination.
